Dunes West is a gorgeous master-planned community off Highway 41 in Mount Pleasant nestled on the Wando River, Toomer Creek and Wagner Creek. This beautiful neighborhood features subsections of single family, condos and townhomes offering a wide range of price points. Some sections offer spectacular views of the waterfront or overlook the 18 hole golf championship level course.

The neighborhood features both gated and ungated sections with the more affordable homes being outside the gate. Some of the more affordable single family subsections include Palmetto Hall and Cypress Pointe and some multifamily sections are The Heritage, Woodlands, Ellington Woods, and Egrets Walk. Members outside of the gate have the option to purchase a membership to access the amenities or not.
