Belle Hall

The Belle Hall neighborhood is conveniently located just off Long Point Rd and highway 526 inside the Isle of Palms connector in Mount Pleasant. It’s just across the road from the Belle Hall Shopping Center which includes restaurants and retail shops.

Belle Hall is a large residential community with a variety of housing options in its seven subsections. The neighborhood features well-maintained properties with lush landscaping, creating an attractive and inviting environment for residents. The Veranda and Rice Bay in the front of the neighborhood are more affordable and the homes are finished with vinyl siding. The Veranda is within walking distance of Jones Recreation Center whileRice Bay is may up mainly of one story homes which can sometimes be hard to find in the Mt Pleasant area. These traditional style houses have vinyl exteriors and were built mostly in the 1990s. You’ll find 1 of the community pools and 1 kids’ park in The Veranda. Battery Point Most of the homesites are situated around a large pond. Battery Point is within walking distance to nearby award winning Belle Hall Elementary School. The back sections include Hibben, Evian, and The Island. Here, you’ll find newer custom and semi-custom homes built after 2004. Some of these properties have larger lots up to 3/4 acre. Many of the custom homes in The Island have marsh views and there are pedestrian paths for walking and jogging. Hibben is the newest subsection in Belle Hall. There are 300 homes with parks, as well as another pool and clubhouse.
