Carolina Park

Carolina Park is one of the largest neighborhoods in Mount Pleasant with new builds still going on. Located up highway 17 just past highway 41, this 1700 acre+ master planned community not only includes residential homes but also a public hospital, a town library, Wando high school and Carolina park elementary school, Oceanside Collegiate Academy (a public charter high school) but also a variety of restaurants, pubs, shops and commercial space within the neighborhood.

With expansive trails and walkways, abundant recreation space and beautiful amenities there are lots of ways for the residents to stay active. Once the neighborhood is complete there will be 300 acres of parks and preserved wetlands within Carolina Park.
