The Fulton subdivision is located just on Old Georgetown Road off Highway 17 in central Mount Pleasant. (Fulton Park is at the rear of Fulton.) The neighborhood has an unique modern southern feel and was designed with small lots and communal green space much like Ion or downtown Charleston. The newly started 250 acre town park is just up the street and is walkable from the neighborhood.
