Point Pleasant

Located conveniently off Mathis Ferry Road, Point Pleasant inMount Pleasant is a well established mid-size older family friendly neighborhood. The neighborhood was built in the 1970’s-1990’s and the homes reflect the unique style of that time. Point Pleasant does not feel like a cookie cutter neighborhood and features lots of greenery throughout. There are a mix of brick, wood and hardiplank finishes.
